Who is your hero?
My Bebe is my hero. Bebe is my beautiful, independent, strong, intelligent and loving grandmother. She carries my entire family on her back while managing to work every single day until this day. She showed me how to be wise, how to finance, how to be compassionate, and to have faith in God and to live by him. She hooked me on my love for Disney as well as anything entertaining. She fed my shine. Any one who knows me knows I love my Bebe. They also know that Bebe will do anything for anyone whether taking friends home, giving out coats to children, or just looking out. She is light and love worth looking up to.
What motivates you to work hard?
My youngest brother Jordan is my greatest motivation. Jordan is my baby despite him being a teenager. I watched him grow and care for him deeply from a baby to now. I try so hard to be a great person for him to look up to and be proud to follow in a good path. I strive to be better to show him that anything is possible. I want to show him that there is a world greater than social media, society norms, or racism. He's getting older and taller but he's still my mini me.
What would you sing at Karaoke night?
One of my many, many jobs was hosting Philly's hottest karaoke bar /restaurant Yakitory Boy. I had to organize the main bar song selections and got a couple bangers every night. My go tos:

When anyone sucks their thumb. I don't like it when kids do it. I can't stand when adults do it.

Racism and Culture Appropriation. Its something about seeing white girls with natural hair protective styles that makes my skin crawl.
What is your favorite game or sport to watch and play?
I was 8 when my mom first signed me up for softball. Got pretty damn good. I even played an All City Champs game at The Vets Stadium before it was The Phillies Citizens Bank Park. Continued playing for a city league as well as all through high school on varsity all 4 years. In high school, I also found my love for Field Hockey, I was captain of both sports (and the bowling team) my senior year while being the dance club president. Hollaa!
Do you collect anything?
I collect any and everything Disney. Clothes, Books, Figurines, Kitchenware, Board and Video Games, etc. My most prized that I collect is stuffed animals of different characters from Disney movies. Every Sunday (Funday) I go to different thrift stores in Philly to search for anything Disney. The more vintage the more I love it.
Have you ever had a nickname? What was it?
When I was younger, my family would call me buddah for my fat cheeks and belly as a baby. In middle school my name was Peachez (yes with a Z). My D2D fam friends call me Roxi or Ms. Rei My love calls me Roxanne or baby. But anyone can call me Ms. Brandi, Bran Bran, or Brandi Rei.
Who was your first crush?
Justin Timberlake. Straight up obsessed. I had his poster, his face on my journal, his "No Strings Attached" puppet doll. It was serious.
